So I just had 2 subscription charges reversed… you know the ones where usually you think your lucky cuz they stopped charging you. Turns out they will refund that original charge too if you just tell them that you plan to start a fraud investigation with CC company! They quickly turn from trying to convince you that you did sub and didn’t cancel to giving you a full refund.
I picked up two of these when trying to put a resume together. They each charged a low fee and tried to upsell more services. I chose not to use the service but didn’t realize I had to cancel. Cancellation of sub no problem..refund…no you subbed… no I didn’t
This fcking scam is also aided and abetted by CC cos. I called my company to get contact info and try to reverse the charges. I spoke to the fraud peeps too because it was one of those hiidden subs. You know if you don’t ccancel we charge but it is worded in a confusing manner. They said they only intervene if the vendor refuses “a refund”. So I quickly realized that these scams are just the way the CC and scammers “do business” together.
The vendor gets at least a partial payment and the CC co. gets the fees and the purchser gets to waste their time with trained monkeys that pass as the scammers customer service.
Mark Cuban calls him a scam artist! An SEO scam artist? Tell me it aint so! At least they didn’t call SEO a scam…don’t get the free marketing shite! I guess his time and enrgy is not worth zich!

the Regulators: of all the things I do this is the one that I actually look forward to doing. We only spend an hour on the show but with pre show chatter and prep and the kibbitzing and sharing after it’s just a gas to do and be associated with! Dave, Steve and Justin are just fun to hang with and that is what makes the show what it is.

You’ll see lots of features coming on soon including:
Job board: I’ve been looking to add new services to the site and after seeing what similar sites are doing I decided to offer a free and premium job posting service.
New RFP System: We will be going to an email system and eliminating the client area.
Directory Services: We have always provided this service, however, we are opening the system up to more sites with laxer conditions. The RFP system will still be vetted for techniques and valid info on site and acceptable descriptions of services and availability of this information.
There will be other additions in the very near future as we continue to add member services and client introduction services

The is not a new meme, but customer service and Mick Jagger reminded me of this:
Turns out Mick Jagger is an excellent customer - eloquent and clear yet hands-off and generous. More on why this is a perfect brief here.
